Thanks Boss

Terms of service

Last updated 21 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AnalystAI, Inc. for Thanks Boss(thanksboss.fr, app.thanksboss.fr and avisium.vercel.app). If you use the product on behalf of a restaurant, you confirm you can bind that business.

AnalystAI, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation, file number 3118936. Registered office: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

The product

Thanks Boss helps a venue ask guests for Google reviews and attribute those reviews to staff who are named in them. Printed QR badges, the owner dashboard, and (when you connect Google) reading your own Business Profile reviews are part of that.

Your account

Sign-in is by email code, not a password. You must use an address you control. You are responsible for who you grant access to and for the Google account you connect. The person who authorises Google must be an owner or manager of that listing.

Google Business Profile

Connecting Google is optional and is your choice. You grant us permission to read reviews on listings you administer, using the business.manage scope. You can disconnect at any time. We do not claim any rights in Google's data beyond operating Thanks Boss for you.

You must not use the product to fabricate reviews, gate a review behind a rating, or write reviews on a guest's behalf. We will not do those things for you.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are shown on the site (Essential and The full program, billed monthly per location, plus Network by agreement). A 7-day trial may require a card. Fees are charged by Stripe. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, the owner dashboard may keep working for a grace period; printed guest QR codes keep working if you cancel, so a guest is not sent to an error because a card expired.

You can cancel in the billing portal. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we say so in writing.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping or abusing our lookup or APIs.
  • No using someone else's Google listing or email without authority.
  • No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break the service.

Data and privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect. You are the controller of your staff and guest data; we process it to provide the product. You must have a lawful basis to give us staff names and to show guest comments to your team.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and review data may lag until Google access is approved and a read has run. Outreach analysis of restaurants that have not signed up is based on reviews we already hold and may be days old.

Liability

The product is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, AnalystAI, Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost reviews, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (for example, fraud).

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the product and cancel billing. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates legal risk. After closure we delete or anonymise data as described in the privacy policy, except records we must keep.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, except where consumer or data-protection rules in your country (including France) cannot be waived.
